Returns & Refunds – Local Purchases

I offer a 100% guarantee on all of my pet items. If for any reason you or your pet are not totally in love with your pet item, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days. Yes, even pet items for picky cats! The item must be in it’s original condition to be returned.

You may also exchange your pet item for another item of the same price, or you can pay the difference, or get refunded the difference.

Warranties – If at any time within one year of purchase an item fails under normal use (a bed breaks, a foot comes loose, etc) you can bring it in and I will fix it for no additional cost. Most repairs will take at least 24 hours. Only repairs are offered, not replacements.

Returns & Refunds – Non-Local Purchases

For items shipped UPS, you may return the item at your own cost for a full refund, minus the initial shipping costs. Only refunds are provided, not replacements. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please notify me and I will open a claim with UPS. The claims process typically takes about 10 days. If the claim is approved by UPS, I will refund your money in full. This also applies to lost packages.

Payment Methods

Online purchases are made through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, no problem, you can pay with any major credit card through PayPal. Only PayPal will know your credit card information, not me.

For local pick ups, I accept Venmo, Facebook Payments, and Cash. I do not accept checks, bank transfers, or money orders.
